





I was the UX Advisor brought into to clean up the Turner global intranet reinvention. We looked at a great deal of user research, launched surveys, and conducted global conference calls to get stakeholder and feedback from different continents and cultures. It was particularly tricky because it was the first time that Operations, IT and Human Resources were working together - and historically that had been difficult for them. I acted as the glue that brought them all together, making sure everyone felt they had a voice. The templates and strategy were chosen based quite honestly on the success of the successful CNN rollout, with a news-heavy approach to make the Intranet energetic and engaging.
