


Enhancing Connection, Culture & Navigation Across the Coca-Cola Campus As the senior UX lead on this forward-thinking initiative, I was tasked with designing a prototype for an interactive internal platform that would elevate the Coca-Cola employee experience. Built on Bluetooth and near-field communication (NFC), the app was envisioned as a smart, AI-enhanced companion for internal communication, wayfinding, and company culture engagement. Key Contributions: Prototype Strategy & UX Design: Led the creation of a dynamic, map-based prototype that helped employees navigate the expansive Coca-Cola campus, while surfacing interactive, personality-driven profiles of colleagues. AI-Driven Personalization: Designed features that allowed the app to intelligently surface people, events, or departments you should know—like a supercharged Outlook with emotional intelligence—based on calendar context, team structure, and shared goals. Interactive Culture Engagement: Incorporated gamification and micro-engagements to encourage employee participation, knowledge sharing, and pre-meeting connections, fostering stronger team cohesion. Internal Brand Activation: Ensured the platform aligned with Coca-Cola’s internal values and visual identity, helping reinforce brand culture and spark organic use throughout the organization.
