Creating a Unified, Personalized Employee Experience Across Business Units As UX lead on the Cox Global Intranet initiative, I was tasked with reimagining a fragmented and outdated internal platform into a cohesive, employee-centric digital experience. Working across multiple business units, I developed a strategic vision to enhance internal communications, streamline content delivery, and foster employee engagement at scale. Content Audit & Strategy: Led a comprehensive audit of existing intranet content, identifying redundancies and gaps. Developed a new information architecture focused on findability and relevance. User-Centered Design Execution: Delivered a complete redesign of the platform's interface and user experience, incorporating responsive design and intuitive navigation to improve usability across devices. Visual Design System: Created a scalable design system that aligned with Cox’s internal brand, ensuring consistency across all tools and touchpoints.
