Fulton County's Digital Experiences
Leading the Civic Overhaul of One of Georgia’s Largest Counties I served as Chief UX Consultant for the end-to-end redesign of Fulton County’s digital presence. The result was a modern, mobile-first site that dramatically improved usability, increased voter registration, and empowered internal staff to manage content independently. Key Contributions: Led a full content and usability audit of the legacy website. Conducted stakeholder interviews across departments to build a new, user-centered taxonomy. Championed a mobile-first approach to accessibility and design. Guided the team through collaborative wireframing, prototyping, and testing sessions. Designed a governance model that reduced staffing needs and allowed departments to self-manage content updates. Impact: Boosted voter registration in the 2020 election through simplified, intuitive workflows. Enabled long-term sustainability with a flexible, scalable CMS. Delivered a 20-year digital vision grounded in accessibility and performance.
