Hi, I’m Jeff Roberts. UX Architect, Strategist, and Design Leader. I’ve spent 20+ years helping organizations—from government agencies to Fortune 500s—solve complex problems through user-centered design. My specialty is building clarity out of chaos. I come in when the digital experience is fragmented, the product is sprawling, or no one agrees on what’s working. I’ve led UX overhauls for CNN during the Presidential election cycle, unified Fulton County’s entire civic digital presence, and created dashboards for AT&T, Exxon, and the U.S. Military that cut through the noise and let real insights shine.
