


Elevating Brand Storytelling with a New Editorial Platform Delta Airlines needed a more effective way to showcase stories across platforms and enable journalists and users to quickly discover, share, and engage with airline news. I led the UX direction and content architecture for a new “News Hub” that embraced agility, visuals, and intuitive usability. Key Contributions: Created the full user experience for a brand storytelling platform used by internal and external press teams. Defined a layout system based on user analytics and inbound traffic behaviors. Prioritized social sharing, visual storytelling, and editorial flexibility. Designed the experience to treat every article page as a potential landing page. Achieved a 108% increase in traffic within the first weeks post-launch.
